POL Introduce Dara Pharma to UK Market

 

Packaging Overhaul are pleased to announce a new range of filling and closing equipment for the pharmaceutical, biotech and cosmetic industries, manufactured by DARA PHARMA a Barcelona based company that specialises in automatic processing machinery for liquids and powders.  Paired with the knowledge, experience and support of Packaging Overhaul, customers can expect an efficient and reliable pre and after sales service.

 

DARA manufacture monoblock machines for the filling of liquids, semi liquids and powders (including sterile conditions) and the capping of containers, vials and cartridges.  Vibratory bowl feeders can be used for the automatic feeding of a wide range of plugs, caps and inserts and closures such as ropp, screw, press-on, and pipette can be processed.  The range covers speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute with fill volumes between 0.4ml and 1000ml, and can be supplied with CIP/SIP.

 

The latest DARA machine to arrive in the UK will be exhibited at the TOTAL Process and Packaging exhibition in May 2007.  This machine is capable of inline filling and also allows for products to be filled over the starwheel with vibratory bowl feeders being used for the automatic feeding of a wide range of plugs, caps and inserts.
